• ‘User’ ‘You’ ‘Client’ refers to a party registered on essayaid.net website accessing any of our services after agreeing to our Terms of use.
• ‘Writer’ is a full-time academic expert dedicated to providing professional writing, tutoring, and consultation services to clients on essayaid.net.
• ‘Account’ refers to each user’s dedicated section for their individualized access to our services.
• ‘Order’ refers to an electronic request for any of our services as provided on essayaid.net. It is requested by the user after submission of specific instructions in entirety and delivered as an original and well-researched digital document.
• ‘Product’ means the order delivered as an original document to our users.
• ‘Client information’ refers to the user personal data including username, password, or additional information pertaining to protected user data.

User Registration

While registering for our essay writing services, please be keen to use a valid email address where you can be verified to ensure you are a real-time user. Refer to the mail inbox of the registered email and verify your account. We may not be able to provide our services till your account is verified.

Order Placing

Place an order by providing a detailed set of requirements. Writers are notified and after carefully analyzing your order needs, communicate with you via chat for clarifications. They then place bids. No fee is required. Once you have scanned through a pool of expert writers, select one to work with and accept their bid. The client is at this point required to deposit the agreed amount and finally hire the selected writer. The hired expert can communicate with the client directly. It is advised to keep checking your notification for messages frequently, addressing any arising issues like missing instruction files promptly.

Order Payment

We do not charge for placing an order on our website. However, to hire an expert, you must fund the project. The funds are held in an escrow account. When the writer submits the final files, you can then either release payment or request for further amendments or clarifications. We do not charge for unlimited revisions. When satisfied with the service delivery by your hired expert, the order transitions to the final stage where you now release the funds. You are required to release payment within 7 days from the order deadline, after which the payment is auto-released. Any taxes or levies are the client’s obligations applicable only depending on the jurisdiction of the client. You acknowledge your adherence to all relevant tax obligations within your jurisdiction.

Order Delivery

It is our responsibility to deliver quality, timely, and original service, well-researched and meeting the client’s requirements as best as possible. It is the responsibility of the client to receive final order products timely. We are responsible for incorrect details like email address, spam filters on their emails, or any other negligence by the client hindering timely receipt of final products. In case of such arising issues, the client is required to contact the admin for support beforehand.

Refund Policy

We commit to deliver a timely, quality, and original service. If we fall short of this commitment, we are obligated to provide a partial or full refund. Every refund case is special and unique and shall be investigated and instituted separately. We reserve the right to deviate from instituting refunds if our investigations conclude that the request abuses fair use of our services.

You are entitled to partial or full refund if:

• You hire a writer but decide to cancel: In this instance, you may be refunded from 100 to 20% of the total amount depending on the stage of the order.
• The writer missed the deadline: If we were not waiting for any information relevant to the essay writing request and the late delivery was our fault, the client is entitled to a partial refund appropriate for the compensation.
• Poor quality: It is the client’s obligation to check if the quality of delivered orders is satisfactory to their requirements. If the client approves and releases payment, a poor quality claim can only be instituted with poor grading; otherwise, it shall not be instituted.
• AI or Plagiarized delivery: It is our responsibility to deliver quality and original service. If an expert delivers a service contrary to these values, we may institute a refund.

We shall not refund for given tips. Once a refund claim is instituted, it shall be investigated within 3 to 5 days, after which if approved, the funds can be credited back within 2 days.

Terms of Using Final Products

You agree that the delivered final product shall be used none other than personal use and that the released funds shall reflect an appreciation for the time and effort spent into researching and delivering the best as per your order details and for administrative purposes.

You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing the final product of our services either as soft or hardcopy to third parties or any other party in any form. As such:

• We reserve the discretion to terminate any contract with any user attempting or condoning any modification of our final services as their original work.
• You are prohibited from editing or modifying any of our final products as though it was your own work, e.g., by writing your name. Our services are meant to act as a point of reference offering guidance and mentorship ONLY. We do not partake, permit, encourage, or knowingly participate in any form of plagiarism or any other actions relating to breach of academic integrity in any way.
